Jane Heimkreiter

Jane Heimkreiter is our Director of Human Resources and Finance. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and brings over seven years of experience in HR, and business operations. Jane serves as the main point of contact for all inquiries and is committed to supporting both our team and clients with professionalism and care. 

In additional to her role at Backbone, Jane is involved in her community and mentors youth through the Big Brother Big Sister program. She's also an active member of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and Women in NECA.
