The safety of our team and the communities we serve is our first priority. Our linemen undergo rigorous training and their performance is consistently reviewed. They follow strict safety protocols to ensure they return home safely to their loved ones. Founded in 2015, Backbone Power Systems prides itself on assembling a team with over 150 years of combined experience in the power and optic line industries. With this experience comes a solid safety foundation. In addition to the training provided by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Backbone also requires and conducts regular safety and technical sessions for employees to ensure our workforce remains prepared and well-informed of potential risks and hazards associated with this work. These sessions, ranging from daily to annual, cover a spectrum of topics from basic first aid to cutting-edge equipment and work practices.
